Refund policy

Every order we receive is carefully packed by hand! If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please send an email to hello.andreapardo@gmail.com and include your order number.

Returns & Cancellations

  • If you are not happy with your order I will accept returns up to 7 days from the delivery date. The item must be sent back in its original condition and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • If you received the wrong item in your order I am happy to fix that, please send me an email with your order number.
  • If your package is delayed with the carrier please reach out to your local post office first as they will be able to search for or provide you with more information on your package. If you still have not received any updates after 10 business days (domestic) I am happy to file a claim with the USPS on your behalf!
  • Requests to cancel orders must be made via email within 24 hours from when your order was placed or before receiving a shipment notification (whichever comes first). Once you receive a shipping confirmation your order can no longer be canceled.
