Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the US. Our cards are traveling locally for now. But soon, they’ll reach every corner!

How soon will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 1–4 business days. Around the holidays, we may need a little extra time to send your goodies on their way. Thank you for your patience!

Will my entire order ship together?

What should I do if I receive incorrect or missing items?

Received the wrong item or missing something?

Please get in touch with hello.andreapardo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. With valid proof, we’ll gladly exchange or replace it. Orders lost or delayed by the carrier are not eligible for replacement.

What is your return and refund policy?

If unused, unopened, and undamaged, products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once item is received and assessed, a refund will be initiated. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs back to us.

My order was marked as delivered, but it's not here!

If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please wait 24 hours as packages may be delivered later than scanned. If it remains missing, confirm your shipping address and check with neighbors. If unresolved, contact your local post office with your tracking number. Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages once marked as delivered.

Do you offer custom work?

At the moment, I am unable to offer custom work or personalization on greeting cards and prints.

What about digital downloads?

Not in this moment.
